What we collect
When tracking is enabled, B6D Games records when a game page opens, periodic heartbeat and last-seen times, approximate active session duration, game name, managed group name when applicable, referrer, browser and operating-system names and versions, device class, language, timezone, screen and viewport dimensions, pixel ratio, color depth, limited hardware capability values, and limited network quality values when the browser reports them.
Approximate location
The visitor’s IP address may be used to estimate city, region, postal code, country, timezone, coordinates, country calling code, and network organization. This is IP-based information, not GPS, and may describe an ISP or VPN location rather than the player’s exact location. A country calling code is not a local telephone area code.
What “active” means
Active time is an estimate based on the game page being visible and focused. It does not prove continuous gameplay inside the Unity game.
Why we collect it
These records help authorized administrators understand game usage, group activity, device compatibility, display support, and connection conditions.
Retention and access
Raw IP and fine-grained location fields are automatically removed after the configured retention period. Dashboard access is password protected, and IP addresses are masked by default in reports.
Your choices
Administrators can disable tracking globally or by game. Contact the B6D Games administrator for access or deletion requests.
